Just opened a new manufacturing facility, has a car factory and a battery manufacturing facility. People sound like Tesla is leaving California, they're staying and expanding into Texas to make more cars.

I don't think that's the case. Its to make cars to serve the eastern half of the US and to build a newer factory since Fremont is maxed out and demand is very high. Buying prop in Cali to turn into a big car factory would be challenging. Still manufacturing and such in Cali.

Learn to crop. But yeah, people have strong opinions. But there are so many Tesla's here, most people are a fan. Most people who work for Tesla still work here and will continue to do so. HQ + Factory is moving to Austin. Talent will split or move or stay, no one knows yet.
